I am very glad to share my thoughts to set examplery standards and serve the society selflessly.

* We always welcome your Suggestions, Questions and constructive criticism regard to the setting up"Charan-Gadhvi Center of Excellence" in New Delhi.

* Today our community has been suffering from not only Social illness but Ignorance and Arrogance also which are the sign of ? And we all are responsible for the same.

* We observed that people are loosing their faith in Truth , Honesty and Brotherhood , more educated people tend to be Self Centered , Bitter relationship and Loss of Mutual Trust which generate selfish approach. People are loosing their Sense of Responsibility and having high degree of negative emotions and not able to judge ---
"What is wrong,
            What is right " and like to go for Short Term Benefits without even thinking of the results.

** Now the question arise:-
* How to spread Truth ?
* How to promote Brotherhood ?
* How to develop the higher Virtues in our  "Charan-Gadhvi Samaj" There are no short cut to solve such difficult and complex Questions.

** The answer is real ' Education ' based on experimentation and Ethical Wisdom which motivate us to stand up against anything that is wrong and dishonest.

** Only Education makes a man Right Thinker and a Correct Decision Maker .

** Higher Education has become a determinant of Socio-economic Growth which not only improve the capacity but quality of life also.

It is my humble request to you all to build excellent human beings please participate in the transformation of the Charan-Gadhvi Samaj and to setting up" Charan-Gadhvi Center of Excellence in New Delhi.

* In the past, many extra-ordinary person who devoted all their lives for betterment in the Charan Community.
* In prevailing conditions, we also have numerous Bright individuals who live and work for the progress and upliftment of Gadhavi-Charan Samaj.
* That's why ,in present scenario we should revive our true philosophy and argue against all irrelevant issues propagated in the name of Charan cultural.

🙏 Happy Diwali !

Today , I received many phone calls including two from U S regarding setting up"Charan-Gadhvi Center of Excellence"in New Delhi.

Dignitaries from our community raised some relevant Questions. I come to know that some anti-social elements misinterpreted the facts also. But I always welcome a healthy criticism.

* The following questions are discussed with -

** Do we think that we are lagging behind in comparison to other communities ?

** Are we victims of Social Evils ?

** Are we doing better than others ?

** Should we avoid irrelevant issues in the name of Charan Culture ?

And conclusion was-

* No Society can achieve sustainable Socio-economic Development without investment in Human Capital . Investing in Education brings the Highest Return and will have better outcomes.

* Education raises people's Creativity and promotes Employbility.

* Education reduces poverty and boosts Socio-economic Growth.

That's why Social Leaders should perform their duties with honesty sincerity and devotion. No person could be called Educated if She or He failed to contribute the Society.

To promote Higher Education is the need of the Society. This project"Charan-Gadhvi Center of Excellence"would play a very important role in giving constructive direction to our Young Generation.

* In past, we had a rich cultural, rich literature and higher literacy.

* In 21st century, Education become a determinant of Socio-economic Growth.It not only improve capacity but quality of life to live a  decent life also. No society can achieve growth without investment in Human Capital.

* On the other hand, our community has been suffering from social illness and we all are responsible for the same. In dowry system, the more an individual is educated, the higher the demand. Alcoholism is also most common in our families that be dangerous to society.

That's why, we all should come together for the betterment without expecting any return for what they do, by doing selfless service to feel unity of life.

           कुशल होगे ।
                  संसार में  मनुष्य का आगमन ईश्वर जरूर कुछ न कुछ उद्देश्य से हि भेजता है। पशु पक्षी भी प्रृथ्वि पर आते है, लेकिन उनके पर कोई रोल अदा करने की क्षमता प्रभु ने दिया नहीं, जो जुम्मेदारी मनुष्य को दिया है ओ हमको निभाना है ओर रोल निभाने के काबिल हमको बनना है ओर रोल तब अच्छा निभासको जब तुम्हारे मे सभी तरह की क्षमता आ जाए। क्षमता के लिए कुछ चीजो का पालन करना पडता है ओ चीजो सामान्य तोर पे यह है।
         सामाजिक सभ्यता का ज्ञान , क्षिक्षा  हो ओ अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार, साहसीक होना, समाज के नियमों का पालन, परंपराओं के पालन, अपनी संस्कृति का पालन संस्कारों का पालन, ए सभी चीजों का समन्वय हो तो इन्सान  कुशलता प्राप्त कर सकता है।
उसके लिए आज के जगत की भागदौड़ हम अनेकों मिध्यमो से देख रहे हैं। उसका नतीजा ए आया की अलग अलग समाज के गुटों के बीच ए दोड पैदा हो गई ओ दोड आखिर में एक हरिफाई के तोर पे स्थापित हो गइ ओ हरिफाई आज हमको एक सुसंगठित समाज उभर कर  स्थापित होता है।
        ओ अलग गुटों का एक हिस्सा हम भी है हमको भी अपना अस्तित्व को बचाने के लिए हमें भी जरूरी कदम उठाना चाहिए।
         उस कदम उठाने की  आज के समय की प्रासंगिकता है जो हम सभी समाज के साथ सुशिक्षित समाज बना कर  अपनी भी एक अलग पहचान पैदा कर सकते हैं। उसी संदर्भ मे आपका ए प्रयास सराहनीय है ओर अपने सारे समाज को साथ देकर उसको सफल बनाने के लिए हरसंभव सहयोग करना चाहिए।
